I have practiced it for fun and in competitions both locally and at an international level, and have had the joy to teach it to enthousiastic students.
It has been a while since i have actually held a foil, a shame i know, but i wake up every morning with the feeling that i should be gearing up for a .... Prets ? Allez !
What can i say about sailing that could describe the feeling of a night breeze with the reflection of the moon on the horizon, you sitting at the helm, your boat gently easing through the waves, not a single sound but the wistling of the wind through your sails, not a single light but the reflection of your red and green on the water. You are completely at peace ...
