Mooring for visitors to be secured by phone
or fax beforehand.
At 12nm yachts should call (o.c) oscar charly
(military operation control) on channel 11to
call
the club asking for a clearance number, and
request permission to enter Lebanese waters.
Only after receiving a clearance number, yacht
should proceed.

- O.C. is operative 24 hours/day |
- Navigation into Lebanese territorial
water is allowed 24 h daily. |
- Skipper should have a proxy if he
is not the owner of the yacht. |
- All yacht must submit a customs clearance
or harbour clearance from where they are
coming. |
- Approximate cost of entry and exit
formalities is 80$. |
- Electricity, water and fuel are available. |
- Visa is not required, unless visiting
neighboring countries. |
- Shorepass will be delivered instead
upon arrival. |
